Naunehal magazine was founded by Shaheed Hakim Mohammed Said in the year 1953, and over the last 67 years, Naunehal has been the most favourite Urdu Magazine of Pakistani youth. Over the last decade, with its rolling series of communication and technology revolutions, our lives have accelerated at a pace we are unable to keep up with. However; we firmly believe that even today, in order to maintain brain power and the ability to learn and succeed as individuals,

we need to keep reading. To serve that need Hamdard has collaborated with RG Blue Communications to revamp this most loved youth’s magazine. With bilingual (Urdu & English) exhilarating content, engaging illustrations, creative DIYs and crafts, renowned writers and entertaining stories, Naunehal is geared towards encouraging youth’s character development while augmenting innovation amongst them. RG Blue has been entrusted by Hamdard to handle the editorial and production practices alongside marketing and distribution of the magazine. Hamdard & RG Blue plan to promote Naunehal as part of various Schools’ curriculum for students to promote creativity and the reading habit


This is an Urdu monthly magazine, disseminating health awareness in the general public. It contains articles on latest experience, research, developments, findings and inventions in the field of health and medicine.

Hamdard Historicus

Pakistan Historical Society’s quarterly journal in English is Historicus it has Learn regularly published without any break since January 1953. It has become an established international forum of historical studies.

It is a research journal of international repute. It is recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan and it is in ‘X’ category. The Journal of the Pakistan Historical Society (Historicus) is being indexed by the International Bibliography of Social Sciences (IBSS) which has now been acquired by the ‘ProQuest Information and Learning’, a U.K. and U.S.A. based research and database organization,

on the recommendation of the London School of Economics and Political Science. The journal is being published online as well by the ProQuest. The application of the journal to be indexed in Scopus is being processed. Now, as per advice of HEC, articles are published online as well at PHS website and Archives are also available. The journal is cited in more than 20 websites as well. Historicus is well appreciated by eminent and senior most local and foreign scholars and professors of History, Archaeology and Historiography.

Hamdard Islamicus

Hamdard Islamicus is a quarterly journal of the Hamdard Foundation Pakistan having international repute. It has been regularly published without any break since 1978. It has become an established international forum of Islamic studies and relevant fields.

Hamdard Islamicus is indexed in Scopus. It is recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. In March 2020, it was upgraded to X category from Z category. Hamdard Islamicus is indexed as well in the Religion Index One: Periodicals, American Theological Library Association, Chicago (U.S.A.) and Index to the Study of Religion Online by the Brill Publishers (The Netherlands/USA) and cited in many more. Hamdard Islamicus is well appreciated by eminent and senior local and foreign scholars and professors of Islamic Learning, Qur’an, Hadith, Fiqh, Law, Philosophy and other specialized fields. Shagofay, the magazine for the Health Conference, is published every year after the conference. It includes all the events and messages along with posters made by the students for the activities of Health Day.
