In every annual meeting of the Board of Governors of Hamdard the measures for its improvements and expansion of its collection and services are discussed and considered. There is also a committee for selection of useful and standard books and non-book material.
The committee comprises, Vice Chancellor, educationists, scholars, technocrats and Professors of Hamdard University select materials in various disciplines for study, teaching and research.
